Daily Jackpot

I've been on such a shoe-high lately with these Daily Jackpots, but who doesn't love leopard anything for under $100? Introducing the Madison Leopard Print Loafers by TopShop, $66.

Lovely Leotards

The two main things on my wish list right now are high-waisted leather and/or suede shorts and fun bodysuits! They're both perfect transitional pieces for fall to pair with tights, sheer maxi skirts, sweaters, blazers, and tons of accessories. It seems ASOS is definitely the place to shop for affordable yet fashionable bargains, including each and every one of these bodysuits.

Red Eye

I'm trying to get my fall wardrobe completed as best I can now, since school hasn't started and I still have a few more weeks of my internship. $. I suppose I'm in the market for new sunglasses; I hate white shades on me, I like my black Chanels and I love my tortoise Guccis, so I guess that leaves one option: Red. Here's a few of my favorites in order from least to greatest.
Dior Aviators, $295, Bloomingdales.
Balenciaga Oversized Round Double Edge Sunglasses, $325, Bloomingdales.

The Row, Audrey Sunglasses in Red Horn, $325, Barneys.

What do you think?

Daily Jackpot

I'm not a huge fan of colored shoes, especially when they're a wedge, but these guys are the perfect combo of a chic, natural hue with trendy straps. I'm loving anything rose-colored lately, which is so out of norm for me, but looks good with a tan. Perhaps these, as well, could be a transitional piece to your early fall wardrobe. Let's face it, $42 for anything, especially a shoe, is definitely a jackpot.

Remedy Rose Wedges, $42, ThreadSence.

Possession Obsessions

Here's my pick for this week's top five Possessions and Obsessions. The Louboutin's may be a little out of reach, but there's some special holidays coming up in my life (dare to dream). That golden nail polish is sort of a now or never thing, being that fall is rapidly approaching; but it certainly is the best hue of yellow not resembling fungus that I've ever seen. As you can tell by my possessions, I'm very fall focused with my purchases of late. I can't wait to get back to my leggings, and definitely get the best of both worlds with these leather-front-cotton-backed stems. Finally, if you have an at times, shiny face like mine - you NEED the oil absorbing mattifier. Trust me.

Clockwise from Right: TrovĂ© Fair Aisle sweater in Taupe/Walnut, $88, Nordstrom. Yves Saint Laurent Arty Ring, $250, SSENSE (item no longer available). Murad Oil Control mattifier SPF 15, $39.50, SephoraTrouvĂ© Faux Leather Front Leggings, $56, NordstromRhinestone panel toggle bracelet in Red, $7.80, Forever 21.

Oh Look, An Arm Totem Pole

Or arm party, whichever you prefer. Arm parties have been quite the trending topic for a while now, so this post was definitely a long time coming. Here are some of my current favorite bracelets; all affordable and definitely part of my birthday list. I could have got a lot crazier here, like oh I don't know, the Cartier lurrrrve bracelet. How cliche of me. Let me see your arm parties ladies (and gentlemen)! @Brittany_Ziemba
From Top: Mathiaz Chaize Bonnie & Clyde bracelet, $65, Net-a-Porter. Alexander McQueen Swarovski crystal double skull bracelet, $330, Net-a-Porter. Whistles Chunky Chain & Suede bracelet, $34.48, Asos. Jennifer Zeuner integrated number bracelet in 13, $132, ShopBop. Mr. Kate Worm cuff in rose gold, $94, MrKate.com. DANNIJO Jaimere bracelet in 'BJZ', $245, Dannijo.com.

Savage Beauty

I've been dying to get to The Met for months now to see Savage Beauty, the exhibit in tribute to the late Alexander McQueen. As far as accessories go, I would definitely say McQueen is one of my favorite designers. Savage Beauty closes this Sunday, August 7, after an already extended expiration due to popularity. I hope I make it there in time. Here are some of my favorite photos taken by blogger, Garance DorĂ©.

So I'm hearing the mullet skirt is going to be big this fall, and what's better than a little business in the front, party in the back? Or in this case, vice-versa, because who wants a long skirted front and minidress in the back? Ew. As I'm sure you've caught on by now, I'm a huge fan of TheOutNet, and of course, they've met my desire again today. Check out this perfectly priced transitional piece to add to your wardrobe. Perfect worn alone with sexy sandals for a night out, or to be layered and accessorized for casual daywear.

(Less than) A Dozen Roses

Rose gold is very applicable to the whole "Chic Street" image I'm trying to portray. It adds a reviving twist to standard yellow gold while remaining exuberantly feminine. These structured angles and boxy corners boast an edgy style.

Rebecca Minkoff Fling Clutch in Red, $350. Shopbop.

A bit of a splurge, but this Rebecca Minkoff clutch shares a striking resemblance to the red Studded Brittania Skull clutch made by one of my favorite designers, Alexander McQueen. The real McQueen masterpiece retails for just about $2,000.

Daily Jackpot

The best purchase I've made so far this summer has probably been these Deena & Ozzy Modern Hybrid sandals. I got them in black, but they're available in brown and cream as well. Being a 5'9" girl inhibits you from wearing sky high heels, especially during the more casual vibe of the summer, so these are perfect to rock with almost anything. And if you can find a trendier flat sandal for only $39, please let me know.

all from Urban Outfitters.

New Banner

I love having graphic designer friends. Check out my lovely new banner made by the wonderful and talented Kara D. That is a Pamela Love crow skull necklace around the street post. LOVE it! Thanks Kara, what do you guys think?

PS. Check out her website. She has the coolest jewelry ever, def worth the splurge.

Team iPhone

I got my first smartphone during my senior year of high school and it forever changed my life (and saved me from situations when I most certainly did not feel like interacting with weirdos). That opulent, accommodating, and exceptional little device was none other than Steve Job’s greatest hit, the iPhone. With the amount of things the phone can do, I just can’t understand why anyone would waste their time or money with anything else? Sorry BlackBerry-er’s but it just does not compare. During a very senseless period of my life, I made the switch and abandoned my prestigious Apple creation in exchange for a BlackBerry Bold. Ew (Nicki Minaj voice). That only lasted a week. Yes BBM is cool, but can your phone tell you what Bergdorf Goodman’s Shoe of the Day is and allow you to buy those Prada slingback bow pumps in less than a minute? Didn’t think so. So, my fellow iPhoners, here is a list of the apps that you need to keep up with the latest fashion and style trends.

Style.com invites you to join the world of the rich, famous, and equally fabulous through their simple, self-named app. You get access to exclusive runway videos, complete coverage of the most major of fashion shows, photos and reports from the hottest parties, in-depth menswear coverage (Hi Mitchell!), link to their StyleFile blog, and my personal favorite, the ability to personally vote for the Look of the Day.

Next we have Bergdorf Goodman's Shoe of the Day app. Everyday they update a shoe fulfilling the hottest trends of the moment. Scroll two tabs over, and you can purchase these little goodies all for yourself (if someone funds your Amex).

The OutNet hosted by Net-A-Porter is not only one of my favorite websites but also most precious app. This super simple and self-explantory app allows you to just tap on the image you're interested in, and sale products will appear in the respective category.

Instagram is my favorite photo app and pictorial blog. You snap a photo, and then are granted 16 different filters to customize it however you would like. One tap later, you can share it with your instagram and twitter followers and facebook friends... or email, or text, blah blah.

Probably my favorite app thus far is the VogueStylist. It finds your location, determines the exact temperature and climate and offers you a selection of ensembles to wear that day. It also offers you different trends that you might be interested in depending on the weather (see "Bikini Beach" photo above). By the tap of a finger, you can shop the look.
If thats not convincing enough, take a look at these lovely little wardrobes that reputable designers developed for the iPhone. Blackberry folk, I’m sure the stand in the mall has cute covers with rhinestones you could scoop up?
Jagger Edge The Montana Studded iPhone Cover in Taupe, $99. Shopbop.
Dannijo Reld 4G iPhone Case, $95. Shopbop.
3.5 Karat Diamond iPhone case, $20,000. No really, it is.

Blackberry friends, I still love you and will let you borrow my phone when you have the urge to instagram as often as you’d like! XOXO
